These two sketches were commissioned by Baltimore-based design firm, Matter, for a social and environmentally ethical new affordable housing complex in Baltimore City called Griffon Station. The goal was to depict specific brand colors in a lively atmosphere that highlighted the new homes as well as some of the neighborhood activity. The client decided on a graphically colored version of these sketches as they integrated well within a website platform.
